Are you ready to discover the role of a Logistics – Stock Operator in Netcompany?
As a Logistics – Stock Operator, you will:
- Handle the day-to-day operational management of IT assets, from receipt and inspection to delivery and disposal.
- Register, update, and maintain inventory records in asset management systems (AA2 / ServiceNow).
- Prepare and process deliveries, returns, and stock movements in accordance with procedures.
- Perform stock checks and basic audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and organised use of storage areas, following safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role
- Proficiency in English and French (minimum B2 level); other EU languages are an asset.
- First experience in logistics, stock management, or IT asset handling (1–2 years, traineeships included).
- Good knowledge of standard IT equipment (Windows environments, PCs, laptops, mobile devices).
- Strong operational, organisational, and customer service skills.
- A reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multicultural environment.
- Basic familiarity with ITIL processes considered an advantage.
