Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Senior Graphic Designer in Netcompany?
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will:
- Develop engaging digital assets for web and social media, including banners, illustrations, icons, infographics, motion graphics, and interactive elements.
- Design visual content for intranet and internal platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and audience engagement.
- Conceptualise and deliver web-optimised infographics by transforming complex data into clear and impactful visual stories.
- Edit and enhance images and photography to meet quality standards and align with brand and design requirements.
- Develop visual identity materials, templates, and design concepts for campaigns and special projects.
- Maintain and uphold graphic standards while ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
- Provide expert advice on visual communication strategies to improve accessibility and audience engagement.
- Manage digital assets and support content publication, coordination, and basic reporting activities in line with internal processes.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- 9+ years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and good knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Excellent understanding of visual and typographic design principles, ensuring high-quality, professional design output.
- Familiarity with user-centred design principles and methodologies to support effective and audience-focused communication.
- Strong creativity, with the ability to develop innovative visual communication concepts while working within established visual identity guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (C1 level in understanding, speaking, and writing), with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and external contributors.
- Knowledge of EU institutional communication would be considered a strong asset, along with basic understanding of web-related design processes.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership, as the role has no direct reporting line and requires delivering results without close supervision.
- Strong organisational, project management, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing requests, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
