Job Description
So, what are the main responsibilities of a Social Media Expert in Netcompany?
As a Social Media Expert, you will:
- Draft, edit, and publish high-quality social media content aligned with communication objectives and brand guidelines
- Develop creative concepts and coordinate the production of visual assets to accompany social media messaging
- Create and edit audiovisual (AV) content tailored for digital platforms to maximize engagement
- Manage and maintain social media channels, including scheduling content and ensuring timely publication
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from citizens in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor, measure, and analyse the performance of social media content, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
- Contribute to the development of social media strategies, guidelines, and related documentation
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University Degree and minimum 6 years of experience in social media management and digital content strategy.
- Ability to translate communication objectives into clear, engaging editorial and visual content.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Experience managing both organic and paid social media activities.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines autonomously.
- Fluency in written and verbal English, any other EU language knowledge is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and brand compliance.
