SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will drive coordination, execution, and governance across J&J initiatives, engaging directly with J&J leadership and ensuring delivery excellence. This role requires strong discipline, communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
- Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with J&J leadership teams.
- Develop and manage documentation, presentations, and operational reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ensure adherence to J&J processes and governance expectations (aligned with TLM PM oversight models).
- Support risk management, issue resolution, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Maintain high visibility with J&J stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and accountability.
- Ensure disciplined project execution, reporting, and compliance with delivery standards.
- 4 days on site, 1 day remote – primarily business hours
- Occasional non-business hours when interfacing with EMEA and APAC regions
EXPERIENCE:
- PMP certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong project discipline and structured delivery mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations.
- High attention to detail and quality in documentation and reporting.
- Experience managing AV technology‑focused projects (TLM experience desirable).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing global projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- PMP certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
