Job Title: Bridge Coordinator | IT Operations / Incident Coordination
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Remote / On-site (as required)
Shift: Flexible (24⁄7 shift readiness required)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Bridge Coordinator to manage and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, installations, and incident bridges.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of client projects, effective stakeholder communication, and timely delivery across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate site & remote IT installations/projects (hardware, software, server migrations, etc.)
Act as a central point of contact for incident bridges and project coordination
Communicate effectively with clients, account managers, engineers, and vendors
Ensure optimal resource allocation to meet project timelines and client expectations
Track and publish project status reports, risks, and progress updates
Maintain and update service delivery calendars and schedules
Manage and communicate changes, escalations, and critical updates
Ensure accurate data recording across systems and tools
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Adhere to safety, compliance, and operational standards
Key Skills & Requirements
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure (cabling, wireless, A/V systems, end-user devices, PC imaging)
Experience in Incident Management / Bridge Coordination / IT Operations
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Exposure to project coordination and scheduling tools/processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience
2+ years of experience in IT Operations / Project Coordination / Incident Management
Experience in global support environments (preferred)
Background in IT project management or service delivery is an advantage
Core Competencies

Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
Ability to work in fast-paced, shift-based environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in IT / Computer Science / related field
