Your role:

  • Manage end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and iterations.
  • Own the strategy and optimization of customer journeys across the entire client lifecycle to increase engagement, retention, and long-term value.
  • Use behavioural data to form hypotheses, run experiments, and prioritize improvements that directly influence core growth and CLTV metrics.
  • Shape product positioning within the customer lifecycle, ensuring it reflects user insight, competitive context, and commercial goals.
  • Analyze and segment customers to identify value opportunities and tailor lifecycle interventions for different cohorts.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including product, analytics, design, marketing, and BI, to influence roadmaps and embed lifecycle strategy across the organization.
  • Identify behavioural drop-offs and develop targeted interventions that guide users toward higher-value actions.
  • Collaborate with data teams to build dashboards, define success metrics, and monitor lifecycle performance.
  • Define triggers, audiences, and intended business outcomes for lifecycle communications within the overarching communication architecture.
  • Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, and continuous optimization across teams.

What makes you stand out:

  • Proven experience in product marketing or a senior marketing role where you have shaped strategy and driven measurable impact.
  • Strong command of product marketing principles and the ability to apply them across the full customer lifecycle.
  • High fluency in data analysis, including forming insights, defining metrics, and making evidence-based decisions.
  • Track record of setting ambitious KPIs and delivering against them with discipline and focus.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-moving environment, comfortably navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of responsibility for your work.
  • Demonstrated ownership end-to-end, taking initiatives from concept through execution and optimisation.
  • Prior experience in the blockchain industry.
