Your role:
- Proactively identify and attract top talent globally for critical and niche roles.
Build and manage a strong network of professional contacts and market intelligence.
- Partner closely with the People & Culture team and department leaders to design long-term hiring strategies.
- Act as a true ambassador of Nexo, representing the company as an employer of choice in the digital finance industry.
What makes you stand out:
- Proven experience as a headhunter/recruitment consultant, ideally with a focus on tech and/or financial roles.
- Solid track record in direct sourcing (headhunting, executive search, networking).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire trust.
- Market-oriented mindset and analytical skills – able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Drive and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards and strong impact.
