Job Summary:

The HR Manager – Generalist will oversee and execute end-to-end HR operations, ensuring alignment of HR processes with organizational goals. The HR Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end HR operational functions ensuring smooth execution of people processes across the employee lifecycle. The role involves managing payroll, compliance, HR systems, employee data management, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and exit formalities.

• Ensure statutory compliance and timely submission of labor law returns.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).

• Partner with internal stakeholders for policy implementation and process adherence.

• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives in HR operations.

• Supervise HR service delivery and ensure employee queries are resolved effectively.

• Support audits, HR analytics, and reporting requirements.

• Coordinate with finance, IT, and external vendors for seamless HR operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes.

• Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g. Zimyo).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualification:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

• 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a corporate or multi-location setup.
