So, what’s the role all about?
Project Manager (PM) work with NICE Systems Customers and Internal various stake holders will be responsible for the implementation portion of the client experience including project kickoff’s, design sessions, customer readiness sessions, complete and consistent project status, communication, risk assessments, project documentation, solution implementation, resource management, signoffs and transitions. The PM acts as a proactive and client-centric interface between the client and NICE Systems, and ensures that internal clients, technical staff, and management are kept aware of project status, issues, and escalations. The PM has ultimate accountability for on-time and high-quality project delivery.

Project & Program Delivery
Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals while keeping momentum needed to drive initiatives to completion.
Drive delivery across multiple parallel workstreams
Manage multiple, parallel projects with Complete accountability - Plan for project contingencies and anticipate variations that may affect resources, successful implementation, and revenue recognition.
Translate technical inputs into executable project plans
Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of contact for project communication
Coordinate across Engineering & R&D, Cloud Ops / SRE, Automation, DevOps & Security, Support and Customer Success
Provide clear, concise executive updates and dashboards
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
Manage production-impacting activities (patching, releases, migrations)
Ensure proper change-management, approvals, and rollback planning
Governance & Process
- Ensure adherence to Change management, Release and maintenance processes, Security and compliance requirements
- Drive post-mortems, lessons learned, and continuous improvement
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report on Delivery milestones, Operational readiness, Dependencies and blockers, SLA, uptime, and risk indicators
Have you got what it takes?
5+ years as a Cloud / Technical Project Manager
Proven experience delivering complex cloud programs
Strong planning, tracking, and execution skills
Process-oriented and able to meet rigorous documentation requirements
Working knowledge of: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) / Cloud infrastructure, networking, security basics / DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE concepts
Ability to manage technical discussions and challenge assumptions
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority
Confident in executive and customer-facing forums
