Job Description

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Project Manager for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.

Context

As a Hybrid Cloud Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic infrastructure projects within a hybrid cloud environment (AWS, Azure, private cloud, server infrastructure). You take ownership of planning, communication and delivery, and work closely with technical teams and external partners to successfully realize the projects. In addition, you will take on a coordinating role within the client’s Hybrid Cloud program, monitoring the coordination between various stakeholders and project lines and helping to steer the progress of the program.

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinating hybrid cloud projects (Azure, AWS, private cloud)
  • Preparing and managing project plans using MS Project and Jira
  • Stakeholder communication and reporting (internal and external)
  • Guiding technical teams through implementation and migration
  • Identifying risks and mitigation actions
  • Budget management and resource planning
  • Documentation and governance follow-up
  • Organizing sync and alignment meetings

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Ownership and proactive follow-up of deliverables
  • Strong communication skills (Dutch, French, English)
  • Stakeholder management in diplomacy
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Team coordination and coaching

Technical skills

  • Min. 5 years of experience in project management within IT infrastructure
  • Experience with hybrid cloud projects and migrations
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and classic project methodologies
  • Experience with governance and compliance in enterprise environments
  • Broad knowledge of infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud platforms
  • Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure) and private cloud
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring & security standards
  • Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence
  • Experience with initiating, coordinating and following up on organization-wide disaster recovery exercises as part of business continuity planning would be considered an asset

Certification

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, AWS/Azure Fundamentals would be considered an asset
