So, what’s the role all about?
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the full spectrum of marketing activities covering brand awareness, PR, demand generation, digital, and channel marketing that are aligned to NICE business and sales objectives for Japan under the leadership of the Director of APAC Marketing and in alignment with Vice President, Sales for North Asia.
How will you make an impact?
- Takes the lead in the design, development and execution of integrated marketing plans and programs to build brand awareness, increase customer and prospect engagement, generate new business, and cross or up-sell pipeline
- Work closely with Field Sales, Channel Sales, Pre-sales, and other relevant stakeholders to project manage and implement marketing programs that are aligned to the business objectives
- Manage effective utilisation of budgets and its ROI including marketing reports and analytics to understand the results against annual regional targets and goals. Track, report and optimize marketing programs to drive best possible business outcome
- Collaborate with channel team, local partners to drive regional channel marketing programs and MDF through the local partners and key alliances
- Development and/or localization of press release and sales enablement tools including presentations, collateral, local language websites, regional success stories etc. Manage inventory for collateral and giveaways
- Communicate relevant marketing initiatives, events, product announcements, sales enablement tools and resources, etc. to the local team
- Responsible for lead and database management – in-line with the specified best practices and processes
- Responsibility for implementing and advancing best practices with the SDR and sales team: including lead dispositioning, lead qualification, contact management, sales insights, social marketing and selling etc.
- Orchestrates internal and external resources necessary to launch marketing programs
- Adhere to consistent marketing processes and tool adoption
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business or Marketing
- 8 - 10 years’ marketing experience, preferably business-to-business (B2B)
- Experience in developing and executing Enterprise Marketing plans end-to-end to demonstrate positive business outcomes
- Knowledgeable and hands-on experience with 360 marketing in areas such as digital marketing, campaigns management, telemarketing, event marketing, webinars
- Ability to interact and build relationships with local sales leadership, cross functional teams and peers
- Independent, self-starter, positive attitude and meticulous
- Demonstrate multi-tasking, strong project management skills and ability to prioritize among multiple projects autonomously
- Good verbal and written communication skills and confident in presenting
- Ability to operate in a regional, and globally matrixed environment
- Experience with some marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and campaign and reporting on Salesforce.com
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where change is a constant
- Occasional traveling is required
- Excellent skills in MS Windows applications needed
- Understanding of the contact center and customer service market space including current trends and competitive dynamics is a plus
