So, what’s theroleall about?

We’re looking for a Marketing Web Content Specialist to support day-to-day updates on NICE.com and help scale our multilingual website experience. This role is hands-on: publishing and maintaining web content, ensuring quality and brand consistency, and owning the workflow that gets translated pages live accurately and on time across global markets. You’ll work closely with our web team, product marketing, regional stakeholders, agencies, and developers to keep the site moving fast and looking great.

How will you make an impact?

Website Content Operations (Core)

  • Publish, update, and maintain website pages using our CMS and component-based templates.
  • Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, accessible, and follows basic SEO best practices.
  • QA changes across devices/browsers and troubleshoot common front-end issues (spacing, formatting, links, embeds).
  • Coordinate content updates with internal stakeholders and ensure work is delivered on schedule.

Multilingual / Translation Ownership (Major Focus)

  • Own the end-to-end translation publishing workflow: intake, tracking, reviews, QA, and launch.
  • Partner with translation vendors and internal reviewers to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain language/version parity across priority pages and coordinate updates when source pages change.
  • Help improve multilingual governance (what gets translated, how often, QA standards, publishing process).
  • Monitor and help resolve common multilingual site issues (URL structures, hreflang checks, navigation consistency, language switcher behavior).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with developers and agencies on enhancements, bug fixes, and new components.
  • Support ongoing site improvements and conversion optimization work (content implementation + QA for tests).
  • Keep documentation up to date (translation workflow, publishing standards, QA checklists).

Have you got what it takes?

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in website content management / web operations (enterprise site experience preferred).
  • CMS experience required, including WordPress (publishing, templates/modules, page building, troubleshooting).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (able to diagnose and fix common formatting/layout issues).
  • Experience managing multilingual websites and translation workflows (vendor coordination + QA).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to QA across devices/browsers.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills—comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with headless or component-based web architectures (React/Next.js a plus).
  • Familiarity with SEO basics (metadata, internal linking, redirects, canonical/hreflang concepts).
  • Experience with translation tools/workflows (ex: WPML or similar; vendor portals; terminology/glossary management).
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4) and/or A/B testing tools (VWO) for basic validation.
  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems (Monday/Jira/ClickUp) and structured release processes.
