So, what’s the role all about?
As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality software solutions. You’ll work across backend, cloud, and UI components while gaining exposure to emerging AI technologies. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities, allowing you to expand your technical depth while contributing to cutting‑edge products used across global markets.
How will you make an impact?
- Design, develop, and enhance software features using Java and Python aligned with architecture and product requirements.
- Build scalable, secure services on cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
- Contribute to AI‑enabled features by integrating ML/AI components into existing systems.
- Develop intuitive and responsive UI modules using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across R&D, Product, DevOps, and QA.
- Ensure high-quality code through automated testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot production and development issues with ownership and accountability.
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
Have you got what it takes?
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Java and good working knowledge of Python.
- Proficiency with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, or similar cloud components).
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, tools, or integrations (bonus if you’ve worked on AI-backed features).
- Experience with UI technologies such as AngularJS, VueJS.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- A self‑starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and a drive to learn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross‑functional teams.
