So, what’s the role all about?
NiCE Actimize University is responsible for development and delivery of training content for Actimize employees, clients, and partners. This includes Actimize platforms and solutions training as well as specific initiatives, in multiple formats such as Virtual Instructor Led (VILT), Instructor Led Classroom, and eLearning Training. The Instructional Content Developer will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to build content for a global audience.
How will you make an impact?
- Develop interactive eLearning modules, including online courses, assessments, and multimedia content.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role play, gamification, etc.).
- Edit and refine content to ensure clarity and high production standards.
- Support and enable informal learning through a variety of technologies.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- Test eLearning courses to ensure functionality and interactivity across various browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate course content and make revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure seamless integration of content and tracking systems with LMS.
Have you got what it takes?
- E/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
- Proficient in eLearning tools such as Articulate SL360 and Camtasia.
- Strong programming skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or similar.
- Ability to develop and create engaging learning content.
- Prior experience with Actimize products is a plus.
- Previous training experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of complex, global business environments.
- Quick learner with a self-driven approach to continuous learning.
- Fluent in English at a native level.
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard is a plus.
- Knowledge of at least one Learning Management System (LMS) is desirable.
- Experience with SCORM packaging is beneficial.
- Background in Learning & Development, including instructional design, eLearning development, and implementation, is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial markets is an added advantage.
