Founded in 2018, we offer an AI-native data loss prevention (DLP) and AI data security platform. Our solution prevents data leaks and insider risks. It provides visibility into data flows and stops exfiltration across SaaS applications, endpoint devices (macOS, Windows), browsers, email, and generative AI apps.

We help security teams stop data exfiltration, prevent sensitive data exposure (PHI, PCI, PII, NHIs), revoke inappropriate data sharing, and prevent leakage to unauthorized AI tools.

We use over 100 AI models, including LLM-based file classifiers and Computer Vision, to classify content with 95% accuracy. Our main offerings are Data Exfiltration Prevention, Data Detection & Response (DDR) for real-time protection, and Data Discovery & Classification (DDC) for data at rest. Nightfall also includes Nyx, an AI-powered DLP analyst for incident investigation and shaping user behavior.

Deployment is straightforward with API-based integrations for SaaS apps, lightweight endpoint agents, and browser plugins. We aim for 80% automated remediation, 95% precision in detection, and a 10x lower total cost of ownership than older solutions. We have 51-200 employees.
