Job Description

Take the lead on the end-to-end management of the Primary Channel commercial log, ensuring all programming, commercial placements, and sponsorship requirements are flawlessly executed. This is a pivotal role within Nine’s digital-first ecosystem, where your precision ensures our premium content and commercial partnerships reach millions of Australians with absolute accuracy.

Day to day you will:

  • Create, finalise and release the Primary Channel log daily, meeting strict broadcast deadlines.
  • Apply program amendments and manage commercial placements within current logs.
  • Manage billboard and sponsorship activity to ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Liaise with national sales teams and internal stakeholders regarding commercial needs.
  • Complete post-broadcast debriefs for the Nine Sales and WIN teams.
  • Support the wider team with multi-channel logs and reception duties as required.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things 100% right.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused when working toward fast-paced deadlines.
  • Great people skills and the confidence to chat with different teams.
  • A proactive mindset, you love spotting a problem and finding a solution.
  • Prior experience in a role that requires high levels of organisation.
  • Ease with learning new software and digital communication tools.
  • A “can-do” team attitude and the flexibility to help out where needed.
