Job Description

As a CRM Executive within our Audience Engagement team, you will be the driving force behind brand-specific campaigns that reinforce the true value of our subscriptions. You’ll work cross-functionally to craft tailored messaging and seamless subscriber experiences, ensuring our award-winning content becomes an essential part of our audience’s daily habits. This is a pivotal role focused on executing innovative lifecycle initiatives that deepen engagement and boost long-term retention.

Day to day you will:

  • Manage and deliver high-impact, masthead-specific campaigns for content, product launches and other engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with editorial and digital teams to coordinate marketing rollouts across diverse CRM channels.
  • Build and deploy sophisticated engagement emails and automated triggers designed to foster customer habits.
  • Utilise behavioural data and subscription insights to develop compelling messaging that improves lifecycle retention.
  • Develop, deploy and manage campaigns, with a focus on experimentation using specific CRM testing tools and techniques.
  • Execute subscriber-focused initiatives, including managing exclusive offers, promotions, and competitions.
  • Develop, send and provide recommendations for BAU email sends plus manage the schedule and creative process for house press and display ads.
  • Analyse campaign performance, providing detailed tracking and reporting to turn data into actionable insights.

This is a 12-month contract role with potential to extend.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in CRM, customer marketing, or a data-driven marketing role.
  • Technical proficiency in CMS and CRM platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, Klaviyo or similar, covering email, SMS, and app push.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, supported by an innate attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data-driven decision-making and critical thinking to solve complex problems.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing principles, including digital performance metrics and audience-building best practices.
