Job Description
As a key member of Nine’s new Sales CRM team, the Sales CRM Manager will be the operational engine driving the success of our Salesforce platform!
Reporting to the Head of Sales CRM, this role is crucial for translating high-level strategy into tangible results for our national Sales organisation. You will be a hands-on leader, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CRM, overseeing system enhancements, and ensuring our sales teams are fully equipped and trained for success.
This role is perfect for a Salesforce expert with experience in project management, process improvement, and managing stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about enabling sales teams through technology and engagement.
Day to day you will:
- Collaborate on the pipeline of CRM enhancements, working closely with the development teams, and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal user experience and engagement.
- Lead the execution of the CRM training strategy, including creating and delivering engaging training materials and serving as a primary “super user” point of escalation for expert-level support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of the sales organisation in order to continuously evangelise the use of the CRM.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, uncover opportunities for process improvement, and provide actionable insights to CRM and Sales Leadership.
- Act as a team leader and mentor to the Sales CRM Analysts, and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in Sales Operations, Technology, and across the broader business.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- A background in media sales with an understanding of the day-to-day operational requirements of a multi-platform sales organisation.
- An understanding of large scale, multi-phase and constantly evolving technology solutions.
- You are highly organised, process-oriented, and skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Skilled in training end-users and creating effective documentation. You possess excellent communication skills and can confidently engage with sales teams.
- A strong ability to analyse data, build insightful reports, and use that information to recommend process improvements.
- Experience or a strong aptitude for mentoring junior team members and working effectively across multiple business units.
- Previous experience with the Salesforce platform is highly desirable.
