Job Description
The Role
The Commercial Products team manages the custom-built systems that power our Sales Operations, Traffic, Finance, and Presentation teams. These systems are critical to our linear broadcast schedules and all broadcast-related revenue.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Architect: Design and maintain complex integration flows and system architecture.
Mentor: Guide engineers in cloud development practices and champion a culture of excellence.
Code & Review: Collaborate on high-standard code reviews and solve complex technical problems.
Optimize: Write performant database operations and ensure a “security-first” approach.
Facilitate: Support Agile ceremonies and drive DevOps best practices.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
Cloud Expertise: AWS certifications or demonstrable practical experience in cloud environments.
The Stack: Advanced knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Data Mastery: Advanced database experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) with the ability to optimize complex queries.
Architecture: Deep understanding of Event-driven application design and experience working with WCF services.
Ways of Working: A solid grasp of DevOps principles and a passion for staying ahead of the latest technology trends.
