At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to help us scale and deploy many robots in our clients’ warehouses!

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
- Manage the robot deployments project from the specification phase to the operations handover
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Track project performance, control the budget, and report to relevant stakeholders
- Meet with clients regularly to report on progress and discuss open items
- Perform risk management to minimise potential risks
What skills we’d like you to have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- 5+ years of experience in intralogistics and/or robotics industry
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects at once, ensuring OTIF delivery
- Customer satisfaction mindset
- Excellent communication skills via various channels in English and German
- Can-do attitude and ability to resolve blockers and potential risks
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Very good organisational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customers’ warehouses in Europe
- Willingness to learn about robots and machine learning
- Technical background, Master’s degree or equivalent
