Main Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure problems end-to-end — from code to user
- Enable team code quality, speed and deployment processes
- Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects
- Implement new solutions based on the IaC concept
- Search and implement effective solutions for scaling
- Improve existing and implement new, effective CI/CD processes
- Use AI agents for your day-to-day work
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of infrastructure configuration, automation and testing experience
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- GitLab CI/CD expertise
- Experience with SQL databases
- You know what IaC is and how to apply it in practice effectively.
- You like autonomy more than process
- You think in problems and outcomes, not tickets
- You challenge solutions and propose better ones
- You can learn new technologies quickly
- You are curious about AI and excited to work with agents
Nice to Have
- Python or Golang skills.
- Experience with Grafana.

- Linux, Docker, GitLab, ArgoCD, AWS, Terraform, Helm, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Python / Golang
- AI tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Cursor with Composer
Salary Range
- Salary Gross: 20,500 - 28,400 PLN/month
