Main Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of new customer acquisition;
- Own end-to-end execution of user acquisition campaigns across paid and organic marketing channels, including budgeting, optimization, and measurement/reporting;
- Develop strategy and tactics for high-impact branding campaigns across VOD and paid social channels;
- Identify, propose, and deliver new strategies and tactics to improve the performance of paid and organic channels;
- Drive demand generation initiatives with an aim to dominate the category and unlock significant growth opportunities;
- Manage the team of managers to carry out crucial marketing tasks;
- Guide and support teams in running media campaigns across various channels, including search, social, display, premium publisher sites, review websites, and more;
- Develop strong relationships and work closely with the Sales organization, focusing on pipeline generation and sales enablement;
- Know our customers. Conduct business and customer analysis to support marketing strategy. Lead special projects that test new marketing & creative approaches;
- Initiate and drive marketing automation initiatives (email, landing pages, forms, chatbots, etc.);
- Collaborate with Web Content Manager, UX designers, and Conversion copywriter to deliver high-performing ads, landing pages, and other assets.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing (experience in SaaS or B2B environments would be an advantage);
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and knowledge in retention, customer LTV improvement;
- Strong leadership skills plus deep expertise in marketing and sales;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making;
- Experience leading cross-functional teams;
- Hands-on experience in one of the following fields: Paid Media, SEO, or Affiliate Marketing;
- Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 5,200 -6,300 EUR/Month.
