About our design team
We are a multidisciplinary group of product designers, web designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and graphic designers. We’re building the future of digital freedom across our cyber security products, helping millions of users feel safe and in control online. About the role
We’re looking for a Design Lead to guide and elevate our graphic design team. This role sits between hands-on design and leadership. As a Design Lead, you’ll help designers solve problems, develop stronger concepts, and deliver high-quality work. You’ll act as a design partner and mentor, as well as an art director, while also contributing creatively when needed. You’ll be responsible for design quality, clarity, and consistency, making sure our visual output meets both brand and business goals.
Main responsibilities
- Leading design quality and craft across marketing and brand projects.
- Supporting, directing and mentoring designers through feedback, reviews, and creative guidance.
- Helping designers develop stronger concepts, visuals, and storytelling.
- Partnering closely with project managers, copywriters, stakeholders, and design leadership.
- Translating briefs and business goals into clear design direction.
- Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative Excellence.
- Contributing hands-on when needed, especially in concepting, art direction, and exploring fresh waters.
- Managing feedback loops and helping designers navigate stakeholder input.
- Staying up to date with design trends and encouraging continuous improvement within the team.
Core requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing design, branding, or creative agencies.
- Experience leading or guiding designers (as a lead, mentor, or senior).
- Strong visual design and art direction skills.
- Ability to give clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and multi-channel design.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating both strong execution and design thinking.
What will make you stand out
- Experience working with photography, photo editing, or compositing.
- Illustration skills or experience guiding illustration styles.
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools in creative workflows.
- Understanding of 3D visuals or collaboration with 3D designers.
- Experience working with large-scale or global brands.
- Knowledge of the digital product environment.

Salary range
- Gross Salary 3600-4800 EUR/Month.
