Founded in 2020, we focus on biotechnology research. Our goal is to create a “pre-care pathway” in healthcare. This means moving from traditional treatment to prevention by offering affordable, accessible screenings. Our approach includes detection, analysis, diagnosis, and therapy.

We offer services like drug testing, occupational health, lead testing, early childhood and senior vaccinations, telehealth, preventative health programs, onsite health solutions, and biometrics. We serve customers globally and use a custom-built software platform for our digital health services.

Our mission is to help people take control of their health through innovative services and technologies. We want to make a “pre-care pathway” available to everyone, everywhere, at any time.

We believe care should begin with prevention, not just at the point of diagnosis.

Our team at Novir has between 51 and 200 employees. We have a welcoming office in Milwaukee’s Third Ward and pride ourselves on a strong company culture. As a fast-growing startup, we encourage a “work hard, play hard” mentality, offering opportunities to develop solutions alongside driven colleagues.

Our team brings together experts in healthcare, medicine, and operations. We work in an agile environment, meaning roles often involve close collaboration with various stakeholders and managing project tasks. Some positions require being at our Milwaukee headquarters at least three days a week.
