We are an operating system and data platform for employee benefits. We manage, exchange, and use enrollment data across the benefits ecosystem, addressing issues like delays, errors, and gaps in coverage. We do this with real-time, reliable connectivity between benefits administration (ben-admin) software and insurance carriers. Our AI and API technology helps ben-admin software connect partners, manage data, and automate enrollment. This makes the benefits experience faster, more accurate, and less complex.

We offer a real-time enrollment engine. Our unified API lets carriers manage benefits data and connections for:

• Group Connection: Get groups ready for enrollment fast.
• Enrollment management: Update member data in near real-time for new hires, qualifying life events, demographic changes, and terminations.
• Renewal: Automate open enrollment.
• Analytics: See and control group, plan, and member data.
• Reconciliation: Catch and fix data discrepancies.

We also partner with insurance carriers, helping them offer API-powered experiences to HR and ben-admin platforms. We provide Noyo Advisory services to help carriers develop and optimize their API strategies. We participate in the LIMRA Data Exchange Standards Committee (LDEx).

• Deep Work Wednesday: Wednesdays are for focused work, and we generally avoid meetings unless client-sensitive.

• Headquarters: We are headquartered in San Francisco, near the Embarcadero. Local team members are expected to work from the office at least three times per week to connect and collaborate.
