Nucleus Global is seeking an Account Director to join our medical communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior MedComms professional. The ideal candidate brings confidence, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach. They also enjoy being on site with clients and travelling as part of a varied role.
You’ll take ownership of complex Medical Affairs programmes, acting as a senior client partner while leading our teams to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned work. As an integral part of our team, you will oversee client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery in alignment with their strategic goals. This role offers flexibility with options for Manchester, London, UK remote, or hybrid working arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of medical affairs projects.
- Oversee project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and support new business development initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
