We are looking for a Senior Account Director to lead a regional category for a top-tier global client. This is a senior position within the accounts team, with a strong focus on strategic leadership, creative excellence, and integrated campaign coordination in an international environment. Responsible for driving the development of end-to-end regional campaigns, building robust toolkit systems, and ensuring that the work maintains creative quality standards and strategic consistency. The work will be conducted entirely in English, thus requiring an advanced level, both oral and written.
Experience
- Director-level experience managing complex global accounts in an agency.
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in budget management and revenue tracking.
Skills
- Solid understanding of global work methodologies and structures.
- Excellent Project Management skills (establishing project timings, action plans…).
- Strong strategic judgment and creative sensibility.
- Ability to build solid and inspiring briefs.
- Ability to challenge creative teams to elevate the quality of ideas.
- Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to present strategic and creative proposals with clarity and confidence.
Languages
- Spanish
- English (Advanced level, both oral and written).
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of regional campaigns, from strategic brief to final implementation.
- Build solid and inspiring briefs that drive the best creative work.
- Support and challenge creative teams to elevate the quality of ideas.
- Ensure that each campaign aligns with the global brand platform and responds to business objectives.
- Develop regional toolkits that translate the global strategy into clear and integrated plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, Creative, Media, Content, Data & Analytics, and Production.
- Act as the central point of integration within the agency.
- Align timings, priorities, and deliverables in a dynamic environment typical of a global account.
- Foster a culture of true collaboration between disciplines.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Present strategic and creative proposals in English with clarity and confidence.
- Manage the category budget, including forecasting and revenue tracking.
