We are looking for an experienced analytics professional to join Olo’s central analytics team within the finance organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting the analytic & reporting needs of the Go to Market team. Your work will help drive performance management & key decisions around a complex sales process. This is a newly formed role & will be critical to establishing a new baseline for quality reporting & analysis to drive business insights & unlock growth for Olo.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & maintain a suite of reporting for Olo’s Go to Market & Finance Leadership teams, establishing new KPIs & leading indicators of success
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Snowflake, combining data from multiple systems
- Create and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau and Looker to visualize key performance metrics and insights
- Monitor data quality & work with stakeholder teams to build & maintain a culture of data hygiene
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and implementing solutions to improve data usability and accessibility
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, & AI
What We’ll Expect From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, experience with querying Salesforce data a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Looker
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to operate with ambiguity when technical requirements may need to be discovered
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $70,500 - $101,000 annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
