Your Role at a Glance

As Head of Creative, you will lead the end-to-end creative vision across our portfolio of brands, shaping and elevating creative excellence at group level. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining how our brands show up across every touchpoint, from packaging and e-commerce to social, campaigns, content, retail, and community experiences.

Reporting to the Group VP, Brand & Growth, you will act as the creative architect for the organisation, translating brand strategy into powerful, performance-driven creative systems. You will partner closely with Brand Managers, who define brand positioning, commercial objectives, and campaign direction, ensuring all creative output is strategically aligned, culturally relevant, and conversion-optimised.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will set the creative vision while building scalable frameworks, processes, and content systems that enable agility, consistency, and excellence across markets.

Location & Flexibility

  • Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch

  • This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the London office at least 3 days per week

Requirements

Key responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Vision

  • Own and elevate creative excellence across all brands, ensuring all creative output reflects brand DNA, is culturally relevant, and drives business impact.

  • Define and implement global creative strategies, frameworks, and playbooks that unify the group while allowing for “glocal” execution in different markets.

  • Set creative standards, brand guardrails, and toolkits across visual identity, packaging, messaging, and content.

  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team spanning design, copy, content, motion, and experiential disciplines.

Campaign & Content Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand Managers to translate brand positioning and business objectives into creative campaigns that meet strategic goals.

  • Provide creative leadership and oversight across digital, social, retail, DTC, e-commerce, and experiential activations.

  • Establish scalable content systems, integrating human and AI-driven workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and performance.

  • Oversee content creation execution across multiple formats, social content, video, photography, copy, packaging, experiential—ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

Packaging & Product Experience

  • Own packaging creative standards, visual identity, and shelf impact, collaborating with Brand Managers and product teams to align with brand strategy.

  • Ensure all product experiences, from packaging to in-store presentation, reflect brand DNA and creative excellence.

Workflow Management

  • Lead the management of freelancers, and creative partners, ensuring all work is on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on schedule.

  • Act as the “air traffic controller” for creative projects across brands and markets, balancing priorities and timelines while enabling Brand Managers’ strategic plans.

  • Manage creative workflow and resourcing, identifying capacity needs and bringing in flexible or specialist resources as required to ensure timely, high-quality execution across all brands and channels.

Innovation & AI Integration

  • Integrate AI tools and generative platforms into creative workflows to increase efficiency, spark innovation, and elevate quality.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in content, technology, and storytelling to continuously evolve the group’s creative capabilities.

Advocacy, Community & Brand Engagement

  • Lead creative initiatives that support community-building, advocacy, and social engagement, collaborating closely with Brand Managers and social teams

  • Ensure all creative output reinforces authentic brand voice across audiences, while Brand Managers define strategy and campaign priorities.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and senior leadership to translate brand initiatives into actionable, high-quality creative deliverables.

  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation across the organization, setting a standard for excellence, experimentation, and efficiency.

About you

  • Proven experience leading creative teams and shaping brand identity across multiple categories and channels.

  • Strong understanding of modern creative ecosystems, including content factories, social-first campaigns, e-commerce storytelling, and community engagement.

  • Experience integrating AI and digital tools into creative processes to drive efficiency, innovation, and performance.

  • Expertise in packaging design, experiential marketing, campaign execution oversight, and omnichannel storytelling.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and agency/partner management skills
