GoodRec started 4 years ago with a small community in Brooklyn, New York. Since, we have grown into the largest pickup sports app in North America. What you’ll do:

  • Analyze, report, and leverage data for data-driven decision-making paired with customer research to provide insights and drive company growth.

  • Evolve and own all Player and Lifecycle processes. This includes not only the entire “Player Journey”, but also all data-driven initiatives and actions to enhance player and Host activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

  • Architect our new communications: all comms to players, Hosts, and facilities will be automated, data-driven, and purposeful.

  • Ideate, develop, and execute strategies to strengthen the GoodRec community through well-orchestrated communication and discount structures.

  • Design our lifecycle and growth processes at every stage and at all levels: from specific communication messaging to macro-structures that guide every sort of player through their GoodRec relationship, from the definition of retention metrics to how data on tens of thousands of GoodRec players is put together and analyzed. There exists a foundation, and you will build a great machine upon it.

Ideal profile:

  • Analytical Thinking: Able to dig into data, quickly spot trends, and turn findings into practical decisions that improve player funnel performance.

  • Attention to Detail: Executes with precision, ensuring every part of the funnel (design, flow, and function) is fully optimized.

  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities, market shifts, and new tools in a fast-moving environment.

  • Project Management: Keeps multiple workstreams organized and on schedule while hitting tight deadlines.

  • User-Centric Mindset: Understands user behavior deeply and builds experiences rooted in real user needs.

Requirements

Key Requirements - If you don’t have 100% of these but believe that you’re a strong match, we’d love to hear from you!

  • 2-10 years as leader or member of Growth/Lifecycle/CRM team(s) at hypergrowth tech companies, ideally B2C marketplace.

  • A natural understanding of how user data at a B2C/marketplace flows and can be both analyzed and leveraged to enhance the company’s value proposition.

  • Strong experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize user journeys.

  • Deep familiarity with tools for sending communications and data analysis & reporting: Celevertap, Twilio, Sendgrid, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar.

  • Significant experience with SQL.

  • Comfortable ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in funnel conversion.

  • An authentic desire to build something extraordinary, and the will and dedication to see the journey through.

  • A natural inclination to give 120%.

  • Advanced written and spoken English.

  • Resides in Bogotá, Colombia.
