The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Manager to deliver on lead growth and enrolment outcomes across two of OES’ high education partners. You will own and execute defined marketing initiatives, drive creative effectiveness, and optimise the acquisition journey from first touchpoint to enrolment. You’ll collaborate daily with performance, creative, digital, and content specialists, making this the perfect role for a Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery focused environment and wants more responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver agreed marketing initiatives and projects across the full acquisition funnel to support lead and enrolment targets.
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects end‑to‑end, from creative brief development and stakeholder alignment through to launch and post‑campaign evaluation.
- Act as a liaison (alongside the Marketing Manager) between performance, creative, digital, content, and marketing automation teams to ensure smooth, aligned delivery.
- Lead creative uplift initiatives, including testing new formats, refining messaging, and enhancing creative performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to the student acquisition journey, such as lead magnets, landing page optimisation, and funnel enhancements.
- Develop clear, outcomes‑focused creative and media briefs informed by audience insights and performance goals.
- Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time, within scope, and to a consistently high standard.
- Monitor campaign, creative, and funnel performance, translating insights into actionable optimisation recommendations.
- Conduct competitor, market, and audience research to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness and innovation.
About you
- Experience across a range of marketing functions
- Understanding of customer journeys and the role of creative at each stage
- Experience working towards lead or sales targets, with an understanding of cost per lead/cost per acquisition metrics
- Exposure to paid media (Google, Facebook) and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills and confidence reviewing creative and campaign results
- Knowledge of consumer psychology and customer acquisition principles.
- Ability to prepare clear, strategic creative and media briefs
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
