We are a global technology services company that designs and builds digital experiences for Learning and Life Sciences. We work with organizations in higher education, nonprofit, corporate, pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. We offer expertise in digital learning programs and eCOA/ePRO.

Founded in 2003, we initially operated under two brands: Agilathon for clinical trials technology and Extension Engine for online learning. In 2023, we unified them under the Studion brand. Over 20 years, we’ve built digital experiences for over 350 online learning programs and 1200 clinical trials.

Our services include custom software development, learner experience design, educational games & simulations, competency-based education, online learning platform development, instructional design, learner acquisition, digital transformation, online program management, E-Learning, ePRO, eCOA, UAT for clinical trials, learning design, AI, generative AI, digital health, and eClinical technology. We use a research-backed, engagement-focused, and technology-agnostic approach with proven processes.

We have experience scaling professional training digital learning experiences for over 10,000 learners and help eClinical technology companies scale their teams. We partner with a global leader in business sustainability assessments and have earned a “Committed” ranking for our progress in Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
