Our platform includes tools to analyze, design, plan, and monitor workforces. Our AI companion, Henshaw, automates tasks such as role-clustering and job architecture, reducing manual effort and converting position data into role clusters. We have helped customers achieve outcomes such as 50% faster modeling across 120 countries, identified $100,000 in savings through workforce redesign, and reduced workforce redesign time from six months to six weeks. We are headquartered in the United Kingdom with offices in the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, and Australia.

Orgvue has between 201 and 500 employees. It is committed to building a culture based on focus, alignment, and urgency, where everyone feels inspired, valued, and equipped. Orgvue promotes diversity and individualism and supports hybrid work arrangements, with specific requirements varying by office location, such as two days a week in the London office or one day per week in the Philadelphia office.

Employees receive 25 days of paid vacation, which increases by one extra day per year of employment, up to 30 days. Summer Fridays mean half-day Fridays during July and August. We offer an employer pension contribution of 5% of gross salary when employees contribute a minimum of 3% in the UK, and a 5% matched 401k in the US.
