About Pacaso

We offer a service for co-ownership of luxury vacation homes, making second-home ownership more accessible. We help people buy and own a share of a second home through a property-specific LLC, reducing the costs and complexities of traditional ownership. We manage the properties and use our technology to simplify scheduling for owners. Our homes are available in over 40 destinations, and we handle financing, scheduling, and home maintenance.

Pacaso was founded in 2020 by former Zillow executives Spencer Rascoff (co-founder and former CEO) and Austin Allison (founder and former CEO of dotloop). We’ve raised $17 million in Series A funding from Maveron, Crosscut, and Global Founders Capital, and secured $250 million in debt financing to buy shares of homes.
