Empatico

Empatico, founded in 2016, helps primary and secondary students connect with themselves, each other, and the world. We are now part of Builders (buildersmovement.org), a nonprofit that provides us with administrative, operational, and cultural support.

This includes managing daily leadership tasks, coordinating projects across departments, handling CRM, and building relationships with partners, donors, and other stakeholders. Builders also helps us organize virtual and in-person events and streamline our processes.

Our mission at Empatico is to help students connect with themselves, each other, and the world.

As part of the nonprofit Builders organization, we focus on supporting our Executive Director, coordinating projects, and building strong relationships with all our stakeholders. We also work to create an inclusive and engaging workplace.

Empatico has a small team of 1-10 people. We aim for an inclusive and engaged work environment within Builders, fostering it through team activities and clear internal communication.

We offer both remote-friendly and hybrid work, reflecting our nonprofit and mission-driven culture.

We offer competitive compensation, with specific roles ranging from $100,000-$110,000.

Our benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, with options for 100% company coverage. We provide 25 days of paid time off (5 sick, 20 personal).

We also have a 401K plan with a company match and a charitable gift matching program. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
