Senior Financial Manager

We are supporting a financial institution based in Miami in the search for a Senior Financial Manager to lead core finance and accounting operations in a regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and banking regulations.
Lead and develop finance and accounting teams.
Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in finance and accounting within a bank or financial institution.
Strong background in banking accounting and financial operations.
Portuguese (conversational level) required.
Proven leadership experience in regulated environments.
CPA is a strong plus.
