About the role:

The Associate Web Designer is responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing websites, digital, and print experiences, combining strong visual design with UI/UX best practices to drive engagement and conversion. This role partners closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, brand-aligned web experiences.  The designer owns projects through the full design lifecycle, from initial concepts and wireframes to final execution, while following established design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive best practices. The role drives continuous improvement across the web design function, using data, user insights, and cross-functional input to independently identify opportunities and elevate design quality. We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional graphic design foundation, ideally from a marketing background, who can translate their prior experience and skillset across a variety of creative assets — with web at the forefront.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that support conversion and brand engagement, in close partnership with the Group Creative Marketing Manager, independently driving design decisions within agreed creative direction
  • Translate marketing goals, user needs, and business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling UI/UX solutions with guidance and feedback from senior team members.
  • Manage multiple design requests at once, balancing speed, quality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ICP goals and ensure alignment with content and messaging.
  • Own the evolution of the website design system, using independent judgment to advance brand standards and establish scalable design patterns
  • Apply website best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles across all digital experiences.
  • Use data, user insights, and performance metrics to iterate and optimize designs for usability and conversion.
  • Lead design reviews and provide substantive, actionable feedback to peers, while serving as a go-to resource for design best practices across the team
  • Produce and implement end-to-end web design deliverables, including wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs aligned to specs (desktop and responsive), prototypes, and web assets.
  • Support no-code implementation and publishing in WordPress, including asset preparation, QA, and close collaboration with Development and Marketing teams throughout the launch process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite design tools
  • Deep expertise as a web, brand, or digital designer with full mastery of UX/UI principles applied across diverse and complex design challenges.
  • Expertise designing responsive, mobile-first marketing website designs with a conversion-focused mindset.
  • Portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn complex information and data into clean and visually compelling designs, while understanding the context behind each project.
  • Exercises independent judgment to resolve complex design challenges, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines with minimal direction
  • Experience collaborating with video or motion designers, providing design direction as needed for web experiences.
  • Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Translatable design skills across all digital and print creative touchpoints: layout, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
  • Proven ability to independently own and drive design projects end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and development partners with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Commitment to a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving environment.

Benefits

  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Grocery Coupons
  • Telework
  • Christmas Bonus (15 Days)
