We’re a digital wholesaler specializing in Excess & Surplus (E&S) insurance, established in 2017. We provide an online platform that lets retail agents instantly quote and bind small commercial E&S coverage.

We offer solutions for small businesses like contractors, those with lessor’s risk, vacant properties, monoline property, retail & services, small manufacturing, and cyber insurance. Our products include General Liability, LRO, Property & Casualty, and Property insurance.

Our platform makes buying insurance simpler with features like:

• Automated underwriting for instant quotes
• ²⁴⁄₇ access
• E-signing and prefilled applications
• Integrated payment solutions, including PathPay

We partner with independent agents and E&S carriers. We’re a coverholder at Lloyd’s of London and licensed in all 50 states. Eighty percent of submissions get instant quotes, with an average submission time of 9 minutes. This saves agents roughly 25 hours per quote.

We work with 27 AM Best A-rated or higher markets and quoted 358 class codes in 2025. In 2025, we plan to expand our brokerage capabilities to handle larger, more complex risks, aiming for one platform for both binding and brokerage markets.

Our mission is to make the Excess & Surplus (E&S) market accessible and effective for everyone: agents, underwriters, and insureds. When we started in 2017, our goal was to build software that would simplify getting surplus lines coverage.

We’re a team of 51-200 employees. Our team is distributed across the U.S. with an office in Washington D.C. We’re remote-first but invest in regular in-person collaboration.

To support our remote-first workforce, we provide an annual home office stipend of $500 and a monthly internet reimbursement (e.g., $75). Professional development opportunities are available, and we invest in in-person collaboration through semi-annual offsites. There’s also potential for an annual bonus.
