As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Charter Sales Executive to help convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in high-touch, client-facing environments and understands how to build trust with affluent clients.

The ideal candidate is confident, polished, highly responsive, and naturally consultative in their sales approach. They excel at managing relationships, closing deals, and delivering white-glove service throughout the entire client journey.

Experience selling luxury services, high-ticket products, travel, hospitality, private aviation, real estate, financial services, or other relationship-driven solutions is highly preferred.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, urgency, professionalism, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness directly impacts revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Charter Sales & Client Management

  • Manage and convert qualified inbound sales opportunities into booked charter flights.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client travel needs and recommend appropriate aircraft solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle, from inquiry through post-flight follow-up.
  • Generate repeat business through outstanding relationship management.

Communication & Coordination

  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Slack.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain clear communication throughout every stage of the booking process.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and activity tracking within the CRM.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while ensuring no leads fall through the cracks.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and sales performance tracking.

On-Call Support

  • Participate in a rotating coverage schedule to support client inquiries outside of standard business hours when required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in a client-first environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship roles.
  • Experience selling high-ticket products or services preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Private aviation, luxury travel, yacht charter, hospitality, concierge, or executive services experience.
  • Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms.
  • Knowledge of private aircraft categories, cabin configurations, and charter operations.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clientele.
