πΌ About the Role
Weβre hiring a highly execution-focused Cold Email Specialist to own client campaign performance, deliverability, retention, and operational execution inside a fast-growing startup environment.
This is not a passive account management role.
You will be directly responsible for:
- cold email campaign performance,
- inbox placement,
- deliverability troubleshooting,
- campaign optimization,
- client communication,
- and retention.
Youβll work closely with:

to ensure campaigns perform, clients stay happy, and delivery standards scale with the business.

π₯ What Youβll Own
Client Campaign Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for 20β30 active clients
- Lead client check-ins and performance conversations
- Manage client expectations and campaign updates
- Build strong long-term client relationships
- Proactively identify risks and prevent churn before issues escalate
Cold Email Campaign Performance
Diagnose and optimize underperforming campaigns
Troubleshoot:
- deliverability issues
- inbox placement problems
- domain health
- spam issues
- list quality concerns
- low reply rates
Review and optimize:
- subject lines
- messaging
- sequencing
- personalization
Quality-check campaigns before launch
Continuously improve campaign performance and outcomes
Deliverability & Infrastructure
Manage and optimize:
- warm-up systems

- sending domains
- DNS setup
- SPF / DKIM / DMARC
Understand how inbox placement impacts results
Troubleshoot technical campaign issues independently when possible
Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure and automation improvements
Copywriting & Messaging Optimization
Personally write and refine cold email copy
Improve:

Test and iterate messaging based on campaign data
Balance personalization with scalability
Processes, SOPs & Scaling Operations
Build and improve delivery documentation and playbooks
Maintain organized workflows and campaign tracking

Help create scalable systems as the company grows
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
