This is a hands-on execution role focused on:

Marketing Automation & Workflow Development
Build and optimize:

Test workflow logic, triggers, conditions, and automation paths
Improve lead flow and automation efficiency across campaigns
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
Create, test, and deploy campaigns using:

- Marketo
- Pardot
- ActiveCampaign
- Klaviyo
Execute A/B tests on:
- subject lines
- email copy
- CTAs
- send timing
Ensure campaigns remain:
- responsive
- accessible
- on-brand

CRM & Sales Alignment
Integrate automation systems with:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot CRM
- Zoho CRM
Ensure accurate:
- lead routing
- lead assignment
- sales handoff workflows
Improve alignment between marketing and sales teams
Track attribution from:

Data Management & Segmentation
Maintain clean and organized marketing databases
Segment audiences based on:

Audit and improve CRM data quality continuously
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and optimize:
