At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing systems that drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on:

  • email automation
  • nurture workflows
  • lead scoring
  • CRM automation
  • campaign performance
  • marketing and sales alignment

Youโ€™ll work across platforms such as:

  • HubSpot
  • Marketo
  • Pardot
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Klaviyo

This is not a passive campaign coordination role.

Youโ€™ll actively design, build, test, and optimize automation systems that directly impact:

  • MQL generation
  • lead conversion
  • sales pipeline
  • revenue attribution

Marketing Automation & Workflow Development

  • Build and optimize:

    • nurture sequences
    • drip campaigns

  • Design scalable automation systems across marketing funnels

  • Test workflow logic, triggers, conditions, and automation paths

  • Improve lead flow and automation efficiency across campaigns

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Create, test, and deploy campaigns using:

    • HubSpot
    • Marketo
    • Pardot
    • ActiveCampaign
    • Klaviyo
  • Execute A/B tests on:

    • subject lines
    • email copy
    • CTAs
    • send timing
  • Ensure campaigns remain:

    • responsive
    • accessible
    • on-brand
    • conversion-focused

CRM & Sales Alignment

  • Integrate automation systems with:

    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot CRM
    • Zoho CRM
  • Ensure accurate:

    • lead routing
    • lead assignment
    • sales handoff workflows
  • Improve alignment between marketing and sales teams

  • Track attribution from:

Data Management & Segmentation

  • Maintain clean and organized marketing databases

  • Segment audiences based on:

  • Ensure compliance with:

  • Audit and improve CRM data quality continuously

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and optimize:

  • Build dashboards and reports using:

    • Power BI
    • Tableau
  • Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify automation gaps and process inefficiencies

  • Recommend improvements to:

  • Stay updated on:

    • automation tools
    • email marketing best practices
    • deliverability standards
