About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to drive inbound lead generation through content, funnels, automation systems, and AI-powered workflows.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on:

What You’ll Own
AI Content Engine & Repurposing
Turn one piece of raw content into 10+ marketing assets using AI tools
Batch-create 7 days of content across:
- Short-form content platforms
Use AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- HeyGen
- AI writing and editing tools
Ensure content supports lead generation and funnel performance — not just engagement
Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and publishing workflows
Marketing Automation & Lead Systems
Build and manage:
- lead capture systems
- CRM pipelines
- automation workflows
Create and optimize:
- email follow-ups
- SMS nurturing sequences
- AI-driven chat flows
Build automation systems inside:
- GoHighLevel
Ensure structured tracking and zero lead leakage across funnels and campaigns
Funnel Building & Conversion Optimization
Build high-converting:
- landing pages
- lead funnels
- booking flows
Connect funnels directly to scheduling and CRM systems
Continuously optimize:
- messaging
- structure
- user flow
- conversion performance
Run ongoing testing and funnel improvements
Instagram & ManyChat Automation
Build and manage Instagram DM automation systems using:
- ManyChat
Set up:
- keyword triggers
- automated responses
- lead capture flows
Convert engagement into qualified leads through structured automation systems
Video Content Creation
Create short-form video content including:
- Reels
- Shorts
- clipped content
Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form formats
Support basic editing using tools such as:
- CapCut
- Descript
- similar editing platforms
System Optimization & Efficiency
Identify repetitive manual workflows and automate them
Improve systems to increase output while reducing manual effort
Run weekly optimizations across:
- funnels
- automations
- content systems
- lead workflows
Paid Ads Support
Launch and manage basic:
- Facebook lead generation campaigns
- Instagram lead campaigns
Support scaling paid acquisition once organic systems are optimized
