Job Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Pavago is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator for a client’s fast-moving, execution-driven marketing team. This role is not about high-level strategy — it’s about making marketing actually happen.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, turning ideas, drafts, and plans into live campaigns, published content, updated pages, automated workflows, and clean reports. If you’re the type of person who sees loose ends and ties them up without being asked, this role will feel very natural to you.
Responsibilities
- Set up and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Lemlist)
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Edit and post blog content
- Update and maintain website pages (layout, content, pricing)
- Handle form integrations, payment setup, and basic automations
- Build and maintain Zapier workflows
- Perform light video editing (trimming, adding logos, preparing clips)
- Extract short-form content from transcripts for LinkedIn and social
- Prepare results reports, basic performance summaries, and data analysis
- Maintain data hygiene across tools and lists
Key Requirements
- Self-starter who manages their own work and proactively gets what they need from others
- Strong written communication and clarity in Slack and documentation
- High attention to detail — things go live correctly the first time
- Time-efficient and deadline-driven
- Prior experience in marketing operations or marketing execution roles
- Comfortable juggling multiple tools and workflows without constant oversight
- Experience with MailChimp, Lemlist, Buffer, Squarespace, Slack, ClickUp, Zapier, Canva, Calendly, Stripe, Google Docs/sheets/slides.
- Ability to take loosely defined tasks and turn them into completed, on-time deliverables without hand-holding
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Daily Slack communication and a quick live check-in
- Logging progress and next steps in ClickUp
- Asking clarifying questions early to set yourself up for success
- Setting up Mailchimp campaigns and sequences
- Updating event or landing pages on the website
- Adjusting prices or products in Stripe
- Turning recordings into short LinkedIn-ready posts
- Sending drafts for approval and incorporating feedback
- Trimming videos, adding branding, and preparing them for posting
- Updating sales PDFs or marketing assets
- Proactively reminding managers to review content before deadlines
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Work consistently completed on time
- First drafts typically require only minor adjustments
- Campaigns, pages, and posts go live accurately and on schedule
- Minimal follow-ups needed to move tasks forward
