About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to lead, execute, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Additional paid acquisition channels
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you’ll own campaigns end-to-end — from targeting and strategy to optimization, reporting, and scaling.
Your focus will be on:
- Lead generation

This is not a passive coordination role.
You’ll actively manage and optimize campaigns with clear accountability for performance metrics and business outcomes.

What You’ll Own
Paid Advertising Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Additional acquisition channels
Conduct:
- Audience research
- Keyword analysis
- Competitor research
- Targeting strategy development
Forecast budgets, performance expectations, and scaling opportunities
Identify growth opportunities across paid channels
Campaign Management & Optimization
Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, display, and remarketing
Create and test:
- Ad creatives
- Ad copy
- CTAs
- Landing page variations
Monitor and optimize:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPA
- Conversion rates
- ROAS
Run structured A/B testing for:
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Landing pages
- Messaging
Utilize automation features such as:
- Performance Max
- Dynamic Search Ads
- Automated bidding strategies
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance across platforms
Use:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Platform reporting dashboards
Prepare:
- Weekly reports
- Monthly performance summaries
- Optimization recommendations
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities proactively
Improve attribution visibility and reporting accuracy
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to improve:
- Landing pages
- Ad messaging
- Conversion flows
Support funnel optimization initiatives
Improve lead quality and conversion efficiency
Recommend improvements to targeting and user journeys
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Marketing teams
