About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to own the hiring process end-to-end — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
This is not just a scheduling or coordination role.
You will be responsible for:

What You’ll Own
Role Intake & Hiring Strategy
Partner with hiring managers to define:
- Ideal candidate profiles
- Success criteria
- Hiring timelines
Write SEO-friendly, high-converting job descriptions
Align sourcing strategies with:
- Market conditions
- Hiring urgency
- Talent availability
Sourcing & Pipeline Generation (Core Focus)
Build candidate pipelines using:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Indeed
- Glassdoor
- Job boards
- Boolean search techniques
Engage passive candidates through outbound outreach
Maintain active pipelines across multiple open roles
Continuously improve sourcing quality and response rates
Screening & Candidate Assessment
Conduct structured:
- Phone interviews
- Video interviews
Evaluate:
- Skills
- Experience
- Communication
- Cultural alignment
Use:
- Behavioral interviewing
- Competency-based assessments
Coordinate skills assessments or case studies when required
Candidate Experience (Critical Responsibility)
Manage communication from:
- Initial outreach → Offer stage

Act as a strong brand representative for the client company
Interview Coordination & Hiring Support
- Coordinate interviews across time zones
- Prepare candidates for interview stages

Offer Management & Closing
- Draft and present offers
- Handle negotiations professionally
- Close candidates quickly and effectively
- Support onboarding coordination and transition
ATS, Reporting & Recruitment Operations
Manage hiring workflows within:
- Greenhouse
- Lever
- JazzHR
- iCIMS
- Other ATS platforms
Track:
- Time-to-fill
- Source effectiveness
- Pipeline health
- Candidate progression
Maintain accurate dashboards and reporting
Share hiring market insights with leadership and hiring managers

Experience
2+ years of experience in:
- Recruiting
- Talent Acquisition
- Staffing
Core Skills
Strong experience with:

Hands-on experience using ATS platforms
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours
