**Position:** Sales Account Executive - Full-Cycle B2B Sales

**Type:** Full-Time Remote | Working Hours: EST Time Zone

**Location:** Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil

**About This Opportunity:**

Join a growing company as their Sales Account Executive and own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Drive measurable revenue growth through strategic relationship building while managing a robust pipeline that directly impacts business success and expansion.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals

• Develop customized sales strategies that align with company goals and specific client needs

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers

• Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements

• Track and report sales performance metrics to leadership with accurate forecasting

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

• Provide market feedback and insights to improve products, services, and sales approaches

• Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to team development when needed

**What You Bring:**

• 3+ years experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or business development

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and quotas

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with professional and persuasive approach

• Excellent relationship-building abilities and customer-focused mindset focused on long-term success

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline management

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy

• Strategic thinking ability to identify new opportunities and drive business growth

• Organized, proactive approach with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Background in service-based or B2B industries (preferred)

• Stable employment history with demonstrated career growth and advancement

**Key Success Metrics:**

• Revenue targets achievement and quota attainment on monthly and quarterly basis

• Pipeline management quality and conversion rates from lead to closed deal

• Client satisfaction scores and relationship maintenance across portfolio

• New business development and territory expansion achievements

• CRM data accuracy and sales forecasting reliability
