At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle โ from pipeline generation and outbound prospecting to closing deals and driving long-term revenue growth.
This is not a passive account management role or an order-taking sales position.
You will:
- Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound sales efforts

Full-Cycle Sales Execution
Own the full sales process from:
- Prospecting
- Outreach
- Discovery Calls
- Product Demos & Presentations
- Negotiation

Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Generate new business through outbound and inbound sales activity
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and business goals
Present tailored B2B solutions aligned with customer needs
Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Relationship Management
Build relationships with:

Develop trust through consultative, value-driven sales conversations
Maintain strong client relationships post-sale

Pipeline Management & Sales Strategy

Core Requirements
3+ years of experience in:
- B2B Sales
- Account Executive roles
- Business Development
- Full-cycle sales
Proven track record of:
- Hitting or exceeding quotas
- Consistently closing deals
- Driving measurable revenue growth
Experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience using CRMs such as:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- or similar platforms
Strong pipeline and time management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
Fluent English communication skills
