At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle โ€” from pipeline generation and prospecting to closing deals and driving long-term revenue growth.

This is not a passive account management role or an order-taking sales position.

You will:

โœ… generate pipeline through outbound and inbound sales efforts

Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales process from:

    • prospecting
    • outreach
    • discovery
    • demos
    • negotiation
    • closing
  • Generate pipeline through:

    • outbound outreach
    • inbound lead follow-up

    • relationship-building
  • Conduct:

    • discovery calls
    • sales presentations
    • solution-based consultations
  • Manage opportunities across all sales stages

  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Management

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Track:

    • deal progression
    • conversion rates
    • pipeline velocity
    • forecasting accuracy
  • Maintain organized and accurate CRM records

  • Follow structured follow-up cadences to move deals forward

  • Improve close rates through strategic sales execution

Relationship Building & Client Management

  • Build strong relationships with:

    • business owners
    • executives
    • decision-makers
  • Understand client:

    • pain points
    • operational challenges
    • business goals
  • Position tailored B2B solutions aligned with customer needs

  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to support retention and growth

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead pricing and contract discussions professionally

  • Drive deals toward successful close while maintaining a consultative sales approach
  • Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and customer success teams after signed agreements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with:

  • Support smooth onboarding and transition after closed deals

  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, positioning, and messaging

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in:

    • B2B sales
    • Account Executive roles
    • Business Development
    • Full-cycle sales
  • Proven track record of:

    • hitting or exceeding quotas
    • consistently closing deals
    • driving revenue growth
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience using CRMs such as:

    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • or similar platforms
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote sales environment

  • Fluent English communication skills
