UX/UI Designer (Figma, Product Design, User Research, Prototyping) – Remote | U.S. Hours
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility for sprint reviews & handoffs)
About the Role
We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer who can own the full product design lifecycle — from research → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → developer handoff.
This is not just a visual design role. You’ll be responsible for:

What You’ll Own
User Research & Product Thinking (Core)
Conduct:
- User interviews

Wireframing & Prototyping
Create:
- Low-fidelity wireframes
- High-fidelity prototypes

Iterate quickly based on:
- User feedback
- Stakeholder input
UI Design & Design Systems
Design clean, modern interfaces with strong:
- Layout
- Typography
- Color systems
Build and maintain:
- Component libraries
- Design systems
- Style guides
Ensure responsiveness across:
- Web
- Mobile
Accessibility & Standards
Design with WCAG 2.1 AA standards:
- Contrast
- Accessibility
- Navigation
Consider localization and global users
Collaboration & Developer Handoff
Work closely with:
- Product managers
- Engineers
Deliver:
- Specs
- Assets
- Documentation
Use tools like:
- Figma Dev Mode
- Zeplin
- InVision
Iteration & Optimization
Run A/B tests on design variations
Gather feedback from:
- Users
- Stakeholders

Continuously improve usability and performance
What Makes You a Strong Fit

Required Experience & Skills
2+ years UX/UI design experience
Strong portfolio (UX thinking + UI execution)
Proficiency in:
- Figma
- Adobe XD or Sketch
Experience with:
- Wireframing
- Prototyping
- Responsive design
Nice to Have (Top Candidates)
Experience with:
- SaaS products
- Mobile apps
- E-commerce platforms
Basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS)
Experience building design systems at scale
Familiarity with analytics and user testing tools
