Executive Assistant and Growth Operations

Role summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who brings a strong operational mindset to support the Growth leadership team.

The role combines traditional executive support for multiple SVPs with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, as well as execution of teams’ programs, events, and initiatives that foster collaboration and employee engagement.

What you’ll do

Executive Support

  • Manage and prioritize complex calendars for several SVPs
  • Arrange travel logistics and manage expense reporting
  • Prepare materials, follow-ups, and tracking of key actions across leadership teams
  • Provide day-to-day support to Growth leadership, ensuring priorities are executed smoothly and efficiently

Programs & Team Initiatives

  • Coordinate logistics for team events, offsites, and team-building activities
  • Design and run initiatives and activities within the GTM organization (e.g., competitions, hackathons, recognition programs)
  • Support coordination of team programs and cross-functional initiatives
  • Contribute to improving operational processes and Payoneer’s ways of working
  • Support planning and execution of selected initiatives and projects as needed

Who you are

  • 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, operations, or coordination roles in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High ownership mindset with a strong bias for execution and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in global companies
  • Exposure to program/project coordination and event planning
  • Native or fluent English
  • Experience supporting leadership teams in growth, sales, or marketing functions – advantage
